Our mini Nigiri Robots is cost-effective and ideal solution for small to medium Japanese restaurants.
The FTN-SNR is a mid-range model, capable of producing up to 1,000 nigiri rice balls per hour. Nigiri (Rice Balls) are dispensed automatically onto the rotating table. The rotating table can accommodate 3 Nigiri balls and the machine will stop automatically once the table is full. Watch the video on the bottom of this page to see how our machine works.
Density of the rice balls can be controlled manually by our technician and you can adjust to 16, 18, 20 or 22 grams.
Place cooked rice in the hopper and make rice balls with a touch of  a button.
