Our Nigiri Maker Robot is cost-effective and ideal solution for any kinds of Japanese take-away kiosks or dine-in restaurants.
The FTN-NRT is capable of shaping and producing up to 4,200 nigiri rice balls per hour. Nigiri (Rice Balls) are dispensed automatically onto the rotating table. The rotating table can accommodate 3 Nigiri balls and the machine will stop automatically once the table is full. Watch the video on the bottom of this page to see how our machine work.
Density of the rice balls can be controlled manually and you can adjust to ,16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 or 28 grams. Place cooked rice in the hopper and make rice balls with a touch of  a button.
